individual. While the world is constantly spinning, we are remembered by what we leave
behind and the steps we take to build the future. Isn't it time to get rid of the blindfold?
This work supports an idea that challenges today's window with its texture, method and past,
and even carries it to a completely different effect. It is a reaction to the domination of the
past and society, to the pressure that the individual is subjected to throughout his life and to
the situation of being content with only what is shown to him... This work, which tries to
convey how all the sharp but harmful emotions that are ignored affect the future, has come
to life with the art of weaving, one of the most valuable handicraft arts of Anatolia, and oil
painting, one of the artistic voices of yesterday-today-tomorrow. These two branches
comprehend the effects of tradition and the modern world, just as the work tries to convey.
